We handle Event Insurance that insures against extraordinary circumstances that make it impossible to have your event as scheduled.
Types of Events Covered
Any event (e.g. a music festival) where you've invested enough money that you feel concerned about losing it
should the worst happen and the event has to be cancelled or postponed.
For example, but not limited to:
- Organization Festival
A local organization may invest $30,000 in their festival so if it rained, they would lose that money. They can purchase insurance
in case the festival was rained out.
Partial Coverage
• There was a part of the day that they felt most
vulnerable, the peak times for the event.
• Also, they insured for a certain amount of rain. If the
rainfall was under 1/4 inch and the event was not
covered.
• Another way to have partial coverage is to insure on a
"number of participants" basis.
- Your
Wedding (aka Wedding Insurance)
Your wedding is an investment in flowers, music, food and other. Insure the special day. Protect your investment and give yourself peace
of mind.
What does it protect against?
It fully depends on the way the policy is written but generally Wedding Insurance covers cancellation or postponement problems that are
beyond your control, for example, but not limited to:
- Weather
- Family member illness
- Vendor didn't show up
- Problem with wedding attire
- Military Deployment
- Lost or damaged wedding bands
Cold feet is not covered, unfortunately.
Most Wedding Insurance policies cover the ceremony and reception if they are held in the continental
U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, or cruise ships departing from ports in those locations.
